Terms and Conditions - Sawmill Sonny's Campground

SAWMILL SONNY'S CAMPGROUND, LLC (SSC, LLC) agrees to rent to GUEST, a campsite at Sawmill Sonny's

Campground. The Rental Term shall be on a night-to-night, week-to-week, or month-to-month basis, which may be terminated at any time by SAWMILL SONNY'S CAMPGROUND, LLC.

 

GUEST agrees to the following terms and conditions:

a. PAYMENT:

  1. Nightly camping payments are completed through the booking page and required as part of the registration process. 

  2. Weekly (7 Days) camping payments are completed through the booking page and the weekly discount rate is automatically calculated as part of the registration process.

  3. 30-day camping payments are due each month in the amount of$__600__.(plus tax) Late payments are subject to a 10% penalty on the entire amount due. Payment must be made via PayPal or credit card via paylinks emailed to you monthly.

b. WEBSITE: For monthly payments - We will forward paylinks to your email for you to pay via credit card. We only accept payments via credit card or Paypal.

c. RULES: I agree to read and comply with all rules in this agreement. Rules for the Campground and Pets are listed at the bottom of this page. Sawmill Sonny's may change rules at any time.

d. AUTHORIZED VEHICLES & OCCUPANTS: Only (1)RV, (2) vehicles, and occupants are allowed to stay at my site and must be listed in the monthly agreement. Any changes must be authorized by SSC, LLC, in writing.

e. INSURANCE: I agree to carry my own liability and comprehensive insurance and vehicle registration during the

term of this Agreement. I will furnish proof of insurance to SSC, LLC if requested.

f. VISITORS: I may host two (2) visitors. Any additional visitors or vehicles must be requested to SSC, LLC. All visitors are expected to abide by the campground rules.

g. EXTRA VEHICLES: A boat, trailer, motorcycle or any other vehicle beyond two VEHICLES per site are subject to a per month storage fee and can only be stored with a signed Storage Agreement (separate agreement). SSC, LLC reserves the right to allow an extra vehicle or trailer and determine where that vehicle or trailer is parked, either on my site or in areas designated for extra vehicles. All vehicles require proof of insurance and valid registration and must be in name of site occupant.

h. UTILITIES:

   a. SEWER: Sewer hook-up is available at your site.

   b. WATER: Water hookup is available at the site. During the winter months, the camper/guest is responsible for keeping their water hose from the spigot to their trailer thawed. SSC, LLC shall be responsible only for the water line up to the spigot. GUEST is advised and confirms that water at SSC, LLC comes from a on-site well.

   c. ELECTRICAL: An electrical receptacle is available at the site. (Electricity is included in your monthly fee.)

i. APPEARANCE: To help maintain a certain standard of appearance:

   a. I understand my RV must be in good condition and well maintained.

   b. Before erecting or building anything at my campsite, I must first get approval from SSC, LLC.

   c. My campsite shall remain neat and orderly at all times.

   d. Storage of material at your campsite is permitted as long as it maintains a neat appearance and does not interfere with the other campsites.

   e. SSC, LLC reserves the right at any time to ask me to remove any item on my site or to remove or disassemble anything built or erected on my site.

 

j. RENT INCREASE: SSC, LLC agrees to supply the GUEST with written notification of any rent increase at least 15 days prior to my next payment due. Rent may be adjusted at any time if taxes or utilities increase or decrease.

k. RECOVERY OF UNPAID BILLS: GUEST acknowledges that SSC, LLC is hereby given a lien upon RV and Vehicles listed in this agreement to secure all site rental fees, repairs, hardware, materials, labor or services rendered to or supplied to GUEST during the terms of this Agreement. Any item left on Campground's property 15 days beyond the expiration of this Agreement will be offered for public sale to cover site rental charges.

l. DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT: I authorize SSC, LLC to use my Damage/Cleaning deposit (if required) to repair damage caused by me or to clean my site. Any remaining balance will be mailed to me within 5 days after my departure date ONLY if I leave a mailing address. If I do not leave a mailing address, I forfeit any remaining balance.

m. PERSONAL PROPERTY: I agree to release all interests and claims to ownership and possession to all personal property remaining on the site, or on Campground’s grounds, at 12:00 PM (noon) seven days after termination of this Agreement. I agree that said left personal property shall become the property of SSC, LLC immediately and, as such, SSC, LLC, at its discretion, shall have the right to dispose of said personal property within twenty-four (24) hours.

n. LIABILITY: The use of SAWMILL SONNY'S CAMPGROUND,LLC (SSC, LLC) facilities is at the user’s own risk. SSC, LLC’s guests are responsible for their visitors. SSC, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of RV tenants/campers/visitors. SSC, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to RV tenants’ or camping guests’ property due to theft, vandalism,fire, any casualty, or act of God. Registered guests and all other users of this property expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.

 

DISCLAIMER: SSC, LLC provides its services, including but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an “”as is”" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By staying at or using SSC, LLC's facilities, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will SSC, LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the resort. This includes, but is no way limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by our negligence or things beyond our control.

 

INDEMNIFICATION: RV tenant and/or camping guest shall indemnify and hold harmless SAWMILL SONNY'S CAMPGROUND, LLC its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to persons, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of the tenant’s exercise of his rights hereunder.

 

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: SAWMILL SONNY'S CAMPGROUND, LLC (SSC, LLC) is private property. SSC, LLC reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice to residents or guests. SSC, LLC, at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse entry on the resort to any person and to evict current guests without a refund. SSC, LLC also reserves the right to refuse to accommodate current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and /or have vacated the campground without paying all fees.

SAWMILL SONNY’S CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS

Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

 

Recreational Vehicles

● Each site is limited to one (1) RV and two (2) vehicles. Management must approve a third vehicle, which shall be parked in a designated area.

● The RV must be well maintained and in excellent overall condition.

 

Personal Vehicles

● Vehicles must be well maintained (no oil leaks) and operate in a safe manner.

● Vehicles are to be parked only in the space intended. The common areas are not

for parking.

● Only furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed and must be kept

to a minimum.

● The following are NOT allowed on sites (including under the RV):

○ No clothes lines or hanging of laundry.

○ Open storage containers. (Plastic storage containers are permitted under

your rig, if kept orderly.)

 

Pets

● Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Pets cannot be

tied outside and left unattended.

● Guests must pick up after their pets.

 

Visitors

● Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest always.

● Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the guest ALWAYS

● Please notify the office if you are expecting a guest prior to them arriving.

 

Emergency and Safety

● If you need to call 911, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance

staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

● Discharge of firearms is not permitted in the campground​

● Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This

information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need

to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law

enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
